The Makita DJN161 is an 18V LXT cordless nibbler designed for clean and controlled cutting of sheet metal. It is suitable for fabrication, roofing, ducting, automotive work and general metalworking where a cordless cutting tool is required.
It can cut mild steel up to 1.6mm thick and stainless steel up to 1.2mm. The slim body and compact cutting head make it easier to follow curved or straight cutting lines and work in tighter areas.
This model runs on Makita 18V LXT lithium-ion batteries and operates at up to 1,900 strokes per minute.
